WHO WE ARE

We love to write letters.

As mental health professionals, we understand the power of words and the need for kindness,

especially during difficult times.

In 2018 we began by writing notecards and hiding them in places for people to find...in shops, doctors waiting rooms, the dentist, cloakrooms, tucked in seats on the tube....places where people might just stumble across them.

​

Our aim was to spread a little kindness, remind people how well they are doing and how lovely they are.

​

Fast forward to March 2020 and the Coronavirus outbreak.  Naturally, in this time of lockdown, we can no longer leave our notes for people to find and so our postal service began.

​

Through links on our social media platforms, we are now writing letters to multiple individuals who are isolated at home and writing hundreds of cards for charities such as Age UK, Age Concern and the NHS trusts.

​

Now, more than ever, we want to bring a little cheer to your day.
